How to use the Web platform
Our Web platform is design for supermarket, store and storage.
How to login
After you connexion, you will directly have access to the dashboard.
This Board should be empty, but it may also have plenty information.
Notification button will display every past alerts with the date, the cold spot name and the temperature
Dashboard window will display every alerts within all your stores (if you have autorisation over many stores)
There is several level of alerte:
- Orange alerte describes a first level of criticity (initialized to one consecutive hour outside threshold) that need to be handle before becoming red
- Red alerte is the high criticity level alerte (initialized after two consecutives hours outside threshold) After that time, food start to be dangerous for consumtion.
These threshold and limit time before alert can be modified: cold spot settings
Cold chain's window will display cold spot of the selected store, and offer two new button to define a calendar without notifications (for maintenance or cleaning time), and to download reports.
A scroll list is also available to select another store.
If you have acces, the Invoices button directly allow you to download and pay your invoices.
Finaly, the last button open the account setting's window.
